An All Bright cleaning team can come in immediately after the construction project and perform a thorough cleaning to put your home in a ready-to-move-in condition. Regardless of the size of your project, we will provide the final touch to fit your needs. All Bright Cleaning makes it our #1 priority to ensure your total satisfaction. We understand how important it is to meet a deadline for a customer expecting to move into their new or renovated home. We also know how anxious a homeowner is to make a remodeling project a functional part of their home. We will always work to guarantee your home looks its best and is ready when you are. All Bright Cleaning is your post-construction cleaning specialist. Move-In & Move-Out / One-Time Cleanings One-time cleanings include move-in and move-out cleanings, spring-cleaning, cleaning services prior to an important event and other non-recurring services. All one-time services can only be estimated. When you schedule the cleaning, we will ask that you authorize a minimum one-hour overage. If additional time is needed, an All Bright representative will attempt to contact you while our staff is in your home. If you authorize additional time, our staff will continue to clean and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not use additional time without your prior approval. One-time and special cleanings require a 50% deposit before the cleaning is scheduled.
